New Articles of Association were adopted at the AGM in May 2010 incorporating a number of amendments to GKN plc’s existing articles, predominately to reflect those provisions of the Companies Act 2006 which came into effect in October 2009 and the implementation of the Shareholders’ Rights Directive in the UK.
